|Unsweetened Chocolates||3 squares|
|Unsalted butter||1 stick|
|Granulated Sugar||1/2 Cup|
|Light brown sugar||1/2 Cup|
|All Purpose flour||1/2 Cup|
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Coat baking pan with butter and keep it ready. Melt chocolate and butter in microwave(1 min) or melt it in a bowl kept on top of simmering water bowl. Mix it gently using a whisk or spoon.
- Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add granulated sugar and light boen sugar. Beat eggs and sugar until it turns light and fluffy for 3 to 4 mins.
- Add all purpose flour and salt till traces of white disappear. Add chocolate, butter mixture until chocolate is incorporated.
- Transfer the batter to prepared baking pan. Bake for 20 mins or until the brownies are firm in center and cooked around the edges. Allow the brownies to cool and cut into small pieces.
