Millet Idli and Dosa was in my to-do list for a long time. Kodo Millet is also known as Varagu in Tamil, Kodon in Hindi, Arikelu in Telugu and Haarka in Kannada. Millets are rich in dietary fiber, iron, calcium and vitamins. Batter is prepared using Kodo Millet and Urad dal. once batter is fermented, Idli and dosa can be prepared using same batter. Please check below for step by step instructions and pictures for preparing South Indian Varagu Idli and Dosa | Kodo Millet Idli and Dosa.
