Ingredients:
Boiled Eggs

Ginger garlic paste

Oil

2 tbsp

Mustard
|
1/4 tsp
|
Cumin seeds
|
1/2 tsp
|
Garam masala powder
|
1 tsp
|
Green Chillies
|

Onions chopped

1/2 Cup

Salt

Coriander Leaves

For Garnishing

Instructions:

- Heat oil in the pan add mustard and cumin seeds.
- When they splutter add chopped onions, salt, garam masala powder and ginger garlic paste. Fry till onions turn translucent.
- Switch off the stove.Mix boiled egg carefully with the fried onion masala. Garnish with coriander leaves.
