Pizza made with Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) and shallots toppings. Flavoured with Italian herbs Basil and Oregano

Yields: 10 inch Pizza

Pizza sauce

3 tbsp

Shredded Cheese

1/8 cup

Oil
|
1 tbsp

Herbs of your choice

1 tbsp

Cumin powder

1/4 tsp

Coriander powder
|
1 tsp
|
Chilli powder
|
1 tsp
|
Ginger Garlic paste

1 tsp

Instructions:
- Add oil in a pan and fry paneer pieces to golden brown
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Take the pizza base. Check below link for making Pizza base.
- Apply pasta sauce and then shredded cheese on pizza base.
- Top it with fried paneer and shallots. Add herbs of your choice. (I have added Oregano and Basil)
