Egg Briyani cooked in electric rice cooker. This recipe can be made in pressure cooker also. Rice is cooked with Indian masala items. Then lastly hard boiled eggs are added to the Rice. Ingredients:
Basmati Rice

4 to 5 sticks

Instructions:
- Soak Basmati rice for 1 hour.Hard boil 3 eggs and cut into 2 halves.Check below link for steps to hard boil egg
- Heat Oil in the cooker. Add Bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and fennel seeds. After 2 mins, add ginger, garlic and green chillies. Fry till raw smell goes off.
- Add onions, coriander leaves and mint leaves. Saute till onions till golden brown.Add basmati rice, salt, biryani powder, and water ( I added 2 cups of water). Check the rice bag for the exact water measurement.If cooking in pressure cooker, allow 3 whistles .
- Cut the hard boiled eggs into 2 halves and carefully place it inside biryani.
