Shallots Poriyal





This recipe is quite easy and goes well with Rice. Although peeling shallots is a tiresome job, when you taste this chinna vengayam poriyal you will feel its worth doing it. 





Preparation Time:     10 mins
Cook Time :              10 mins
Ready in :                  20 mins
Yields:                        Serves 2 People


Ingredients:

Oil2 tbsp
Curry leaves4
shallots Chopped20 
Salt
Turmeric Powder1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder1 tsp
Coriander Powder         1/2 tsp



 Instructions:

  • Heat oil in the pan and add curry leaves. After 2 mins add chopped shallots.
  • Reduce to low flame and fry till they turn light brown.

  • Add Salt, Turmeric Powder,Chilli Powder and Coriander Powder and fry for 2 mins.
