Ingredients:

Oil | 2 tbsp |
Mustard | 1/4 tsp |
Cumin seeds | 1/2 tsp |
Channa Dhal | 1 tsp |
Urad dhal | 1 tsp |
Ginger Chopped | 2 tbsp |
Garlic Chopped | 2 tbsp |
Tomatoes Chopped | 5 |
Salt | |
Curry Leaves | 3 |
Green Chillies | 2 |
Red Chillies | 4 |
Tamarind | small (Check the Picture) |
Coriander Leaves | 3 stalks |
Oil | 2 tbsp |
Mustard | 1/4 tsp |
Urad dhal | 1 tsp |
Curry Leaves | 3 |
Instructions:
- Heat oil in the pan and add mustard, cumin seeds, Channa Dhal and Urad dhal.
- When they splutter add ginger, garlic, curry leaves, red chillies, green chillies and tamarind. Fry till raw smell goes off .
- Now add chopped tomato, Salt, and Coriander Leaves.Close the pan with the lid. Allow it to cook in low flame for 15 mins
- Allow the ingredients to cool and grind it to a coarse paste by adding enough water.Transfer to a bowl
- Heat Oil in a pan . Add mustard, urad dhal and curry leaves( Check For Tempering table). When they splutter,remove from stove and mix with chutney.
