Chaat is a Indian Street food and it can be eaten any time of the day. This Chana Chaat is an Oil free recipe. It is prepared by mixing chick peas with Indian masala items. Please check below for easy and quick Chana Chaat.
Cooked Chana / Chole / Chickpeas

Coriander leaves finely chopped

Instructions:
Soak Chana Overnight and pressure cook for 4 whistles.
Mix all the ingredients mentioned in the above table.
Tips:
Variations can be done by adding finely chopped tomatoes.
If you are planning to serve for kids, then avoid green chillies and onions.
