Instructions:
- Wash the potato and remove the outer skin
- Cut the potato into thin strips and arrange in a microwave safe plate.
- Microwave it for 1 min. Timings will be based on powder of microwave.Mine is 1000 W .
- Heat enough Oil to deep fry the potato strips. Carefully remove the potato strips one by one from plate and deep fry till it turns golden colour.
- Drain the excess Oil by placing potato fries in paper towel. Sprinkle required salt and gently mix it.
