Yields: 16 inch Pizza
Ingredients:
Atta
|
1.5 cups
|
Warm water (110 F)
|
120 ml
|
Sugar
|
1 tsp
|
Salt
|
1 tsp
|
Active Dry Yeast ( 1/2 tsp - 0.8 gms)
|
1 packet
|
Olive Oil
|
4 tsp
|
Instructions:
- Mix warm water, sugar, salt and active dry yeast .Add oil and remaining flour. Make a soft dough. Rest it for 1 hour by covering with damp cloth.
- After 1 hour , the dough will double in size. knead for 2-3 mins. Preheat oven to 400 F, Roll the dough into circles of required thickness and diameter. Prick the top of circle dough with fork .
- Now top with your favourite pizza toppings. Bake in oven for 15-20 mins or till the pizza dough changes light golden colour.

ReplyDeleteHello Madam, i needed to know whether i can try the same recipe bt instead of yeast use baking soda.. Will that be ok? If yes then in how much quantity?
ReplyDeleteAs far as I know yeast can't be replaced with baking soda.. Yeast allows fermentation of dough.. I haven't tried with baking soda..
