Strawberry Smoothie

Smoothie is a cold beverage prepared from a fresh fruit. Honey or sugar is added as a sweetening agent. Check below for the steps for preparing easy and healthy Strawberry Smoothie.

Cook Time: 0 mins 
Ready In: 5 mins 
Yields: 1 Serving

2 tsp
Cold Milk
1/2 Cup
Yogurt / Curd
1/2 Cup

  • Chop strawberry into small pieces.

  • Blend strawberry,milk, yogurt and honey into a smooth paste in a blender.

  • Add ice cubes if needed.
  • Can replace honey with sugar. Adjust honey/sugar  to your taste.
