Instructions:
Method 1: Using Sandwich Griller
This is a no-oil method. Mix onions, capsicum, coriander leaves, salt and pepper in a bowl and keep it ready. Heat the sandwich griller. Once it is ready, mix cheese with other ingredients. Take one bread slice. Spread the mix and close it with another bread slice. Cook it in the griller.
Method 2: Using Dosa tawa or Bread Toaster

- Toast bread slices in Bread toaster or in dosa tawa. Heat Oil in a pan. Add onions and fry till they translucent. Add capsicum and fry till they are half cooked. I prefer chunky capsicums in my sandwich. Add coriander leaves,required salt and pepper. Switch of the stove and transfer to a bowl. Take one toasted bread slice. Spread cheese on top of slice.Spread onion and capsicum mixture. close it with another toasted bread slice.
Tips:
Adjust pepper to your taste.
Add Chaat Masala for different flavor.Adding finely chopped tomato is also optional.
Applying butter on the bread slices is optional. It gives rich flavour.
