Yields: 3 ServingsIngredients:
Oil | 1 tbsp |
Mustard | 1/4 tsp |
Onions chopped | 1/2 Cup |
Tomatoes chopped | 1/4 Cup |
Cauliflower florets | 1 Cup |
Frozen Green peas thawed | 1/2 Cup |
Salt | |
Coriander Leaves | 2 stalks |
Green chillies | 2 |
Ginger chopped | 1 tbsp |
Garlic chopped | 1 tbsp |
Fennel Seeds | 1 tsp |
Instructions:
- Grind all the ingredients given under "To Grind" table.
- Cut cauliflower into small florets and soak in boiled water for 5 minutes to remove germs.
- Heat oil in the pan and add mustard. When they splutter, add onions. Fry till onions turn translucent. Add tomato and fry till tomatoes turn mushy.
- Add green peas and cauliflower. Fry for 2 mins. Add grind-ed mixture, salt and 1/2 Cup water. Allow it to boil and cook for 5 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves.
