Mangai thuvaiyal or Mangai Thogayal is prepared by grinding roasted sesame seeds, urad dal, channa dal, fenugreek and red chillies along with Raw Mango. This Raw Mango chutney is served as a side dish to Rice. It can be prepared within 15 minutes. People who love tangy taste will surely love this chutney. Grated Raw Mango

Sesame seeds

2 tbsp

Channa dal
|
1 tsp
|
Urad dal
|
1 tsp
|
Fenugreek seeds
|
1/4 tsp
|
Red Chillies
|

Instructions:
- Dry roast sesame seeds till it turns golden colour. Remove the sesame seeds from the pan. Dry roast Fenugreek seeds, Channa dal and Urad dal.
- Once chana dal turns golden colour, add red chillies and fry for a min. Allow the roasted ingredients to cool. Grind the roasted ingredients into coarse paste along with shredded Raw Mango and salt.
