Dal Makhani | Low fat version

Dal Makhani
Dal Makhani is one of my favourite restaurant vegetarian gravy. It is prepared from Whole urad dal and red kidney beans. This dal can be prepared with less ingredients and easy steps. Prepare this recipe for potluck or get-together. Believe me, it will be surely a big hit. For Low fat version, replaced butter with oil and cream with low fat milk. Adapted this recipe from Tarladalal site. Please check below for step by step instructions and pictures for preparing Low fat version of Dal Makhani.
