1.Red Kidney beans can be replaced with pinto beans or black beans.
2.Tomato salsa can be added instead of tomatoes.

4.I have used shredded mexican cheese which is a combination of 4 cheese Monterey Jack, Mild Cheddar, Queso Quesadilla and Asadero cheese.
