Spicy Indian Style Baked Potato Wedges

Spicy Potato Wedges baked in Oven

Medium Size Potatoes  : 6
Oil : 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tsp
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder : 1 tsp
Coriander powder : 2 tsp
Chilli powder : 2 tsp
Salt : As needed
Coriander Leaves Finely chopped  : 2 stalks

1.  Preheat oven to 350 F. Wash thoroughly and slice potatoes as wedges. In a bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix well.

2. Coat potato with remaining ingredient mix.Spread it in baking sheet. Bake in oven for 35 mins. 

1. Bake 5 more mins for crispy version.
2. Adding garam masala powder is optional.
3.For more spicy version add finely chopped green chillies
