Bread Pizza

Pizza is my kid's all time favorite. Bread Pizza is an easy and quick recipe than can be prepared within 20 mins. It can be served for evening snacks or dinner. I also prepare this bread pizza for my kid's lunch box. One advantage of this recipe is toppings can be chosen from available items in pantry. I have tried this recipe with butter bread, whole wheat bread and honey wheat bread.
Please check below for step by step instructions and pictures for preparing Bread Pizza Recipe.

Ingredients:

Bread Slices  : 11
Onion chopped : 1/4 cup
Paneer cut into cubes : 1/4 cup
Capsicum chopped : 1/4 cup
Olives : 1/4 cup
Italian seasoning : 2 tsp
Red chili flakes : 2 tsp
Salt : As needed
Spinach finely chopped  : 1/4 Cup
Pizza Sauce : 11 tsp
Mozzarella Cheese : 2 cups

Instructions:
1.  Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix toppings (Onions, paneer, capsicum, olives, spinach) , salt, Italian seasoning and red chili flakes. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and place bread slices in baking sheet. Spread 1 tsp of pasta sauce on each bread slice.

2. Top the bread slice with topping mixture followed by Mozzarella cheese. Bake in pre heated oven for 8 mins.

Tips:
1. Spinach can be replaced with Coriander leaves.
2. For more spicy version add finely chopped green chilies.
3. If red chili flakes are not available, add freshly ground pepper or red chili powder.
4. Paneer can be mixed with garam masala powder before mixing with other toppings.
5. I used tin olives and Bertolli organic pasta sauce.
6. Soft bread is not preferred if you are planning for lunch box as it becomes soggy.
