Bonding between cauliflower and me started long time back. In my childhood, I use to call it as a small banyan tree. Whenever I use to go to hotel with my family, I used to ask my father for tree dosa. To my surprise, even my son calls cauliflower as tree. Cauliflower dosa is prepared by placing cauliflower masala in center while making dosa. Give a break to regular dosa and try this masala dosa. Please check below for step by step instructions and pictures for preparing South Indian Cauliflower dosa.
