Instructions:
- Grind all the ingredients from table 1 to a smooth paste by adding enough water.
- Heat oil in the cooker and add bay leaf and the grinded paste. Fry till raw smell goes off.
- Add chopped Onions and green chillies. Fry till onions turn translucent.
- Add tomato and fry till they turn mushy.
- Add veggies of your choice(carrots, beans, cauliflower and green peas) and fry for 2 mins.
- Now add cracked wheat, 2.5 cups of water, yogurt, lemon concentrate and Briyani powder. Mix it well and close the pan.
- Allow 2 whistles. Garnish with coriander leaves.
