Chappathi Egg Fry



Easy and tasty recipe prepared with left-over chappathi and eggs. Please check below for detailed steps for preparing Chappathi Egg Fry.

Cook Time: 10 mins
Ready in: 15 mins
Yields:  2 Servings

Ingredients:
Egg
2
Ginger garlic paste 
1 tsp
Oil
2 tbsp
Chappathi
2
Onions chopped
1/2 Cup
Tomato chopped
1/4 Cup
Chilli powder
1 tsp
Red chilly sauce
1 tbsp
Garam masala powder
1 tsp
Salt
Green Onions
For Garnishing

Instructions:
  • Chop chappathi into small pieces. 
  • Heat oil in the pan and add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste. Fry till onions turn translucent.
  • Add chopped tomatoes, chilli powder and fry till tomatoes turn mushy. 
  • Now add the shredded chappathi and toss it with masala. 
  • Add beaten eggs and garam masala powder and mix it well. Fry till the eggs are cooked.
  • Add red chilly sauce and fry it for 2 mins.Garnish with green onions.
