Poosanikkai Mor kuzhambu is prepared by cooking White pumpkin in butter milk . Instructions:
- Remove the skin and cut white pumpkin into 1 inch cubes and cook with turmeric powder until it turns soft.
- Soak channa dal, urad dal, cumin seeds, coriander seeds for 15 minutes. Grind it with shredded coconut and green chillies.
- Heat Oil in the pan and add mustard,curry leaves and red chilly.
- When they splutter add white pumpkin, ground mixture, turmeric powder,salt and butter milk and allow it to boil.
- Switch off the stove and garnish with coriander leaves.
