Home-made Pizza Base

                                                                                        Pizza's have fans all over the world. The best way to have pizza's is to cook in home. We can do a lot of customization. We can choose our own toppings, pizza shapes and also quantity.



Preparation Time: 2 hour
Cook Time: 15 mins 
Ready In: 2 hour 15 mins

Yields: 2 - 10 inch Pizza

Ingredients:
All purpose flour
1.5 cups
Warm water (110 F)
120 ml
Sugar
1 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Active Dry Yeast ( 1/2 tsp - 0.8 gms)        
1 packet
Olive Oil
4 tsp

Instructions:

  • Mix warm water, sugar, salt, active dry yeast and 1/2 cup of  flour. Rest it for 15 mins. 



  • Add oil and remaining flour. Make a soft dough. Rest it for 1 hour by covering with damp cloth.

  • After 1 hour , the dough will double in size. knead for 2-3 mins. 

  • Preheat oven to 400 F, Roll the dough into circles of required thickness and diameter. 



  • Prick the top of circle dough with fork .


  •  Now top with your favourite pizza toppings. Bake in oven for 15-20 mins or till the pizza dough changes light golden colour.
