Pizza's have fans all over the world. The best way to have pizza's is to cook in home. We can do a lot of customization. We can choose our own toppings, pizza shapes and also quantity.

Yields: 2 - 10 inch Pizza
Ingredients:
All purpose flour
|
1.5 cups
|
Warm water (110 F)
|
120 ml
|
Sugar
|
1 tsp
|
Salt
|
1 tsp
|
Active Dry Yeast ( 1/2 tsp - 0.8 gms)
|
1 packet
|
Olive Oil
|
4 tsp
|
Instructions:
- Mix warm water, sugar, salt, active dry yeast and 1/2 cup of flour. Rest it for 15 mins.
- Add oil and remaining flour. Make a soft dough. Rest it for 1 hour by covering with damp cloth.
- After 1 hour , the dough will double in size. knead for 2-3 mins.
- Preheat oven to 400 F, Roll the dough into circles of required thickness and diameter.
- Prick the top of circle dough with fork .
- Now top with your favourite pizza toppings. Bake in oven for 15-20 mins or till the pizza dough changes light golden colour.
