Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Heat oil in the pan and add mustard, cumin seeds,channa dhal and Urad dhal.When they splutter add green chillies, curry leaves, onion and fry till onion turns translucent.
- Add lady's finger and yogurt. Fry it in low flame till veggies are cooked. Yogurt/Curd is added to reduce stickiness. Lemon juice also reduces lady's finger stickiness.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander powder. Fry it in a low flame till raw smell goes off.
