For shallow Fry
Garlic cloves finely chopped
Ginger finely chopped
Green chilly finely chopped
Onion cut into 1 inch squares
Capsicum cut into 1 inch squares
Red chilly sauce
- Heat Oil in a pan. Shallow fry till paneer turns golden brown colour.
- Heat Oil in a pan. Add finely chopped ginger, finely chopped garlic and finely chopped green chilly. Fry till raw smell goes off.
- Add onions and fry till they turn translucent. Add capsicum and fry for 2 mins in medium flame.
- Add paneer followed by salt, soy sauce and red chilly sauce. Fry for 2 mins and mix till all the sauces are coated well. Garnish with green onions.
