Yields: 2 ServingsIngredients:
| Roasted Vermicelli | 1 Cup |
| Oil | 2 tbsp |
| Mustard | 1/4 tsp |
| Onions chopped lengthwise | 1/2 Cup |
| Green Chillies | 2 |
| Curry leaves | 4 |
| Tomato chopped | 1/4 Cup |
| Frozen Green peas thawed | 1/4 Cup |
| Salt | |
| Coriander Leaves | 2 stalks |
| Green chillies | 2 |
| Ginger chopped | 1 tbsp |
| Garlic chopped | 1 tbsp |
| Fennel Seeds | 1 tsp |
Instructions:
- Grind all the ingredients given under "To Grind" table.
- Heat oil in the pan and add mustard. When they splutter, add onions and curry leaves. Fry till onions turn translucent.
- Add chopped tomatoes and fry till they turn mushy. Add green peas and fry for 2 mins.
- Add grind-ed mixture followed by coriander leaves. Fry till raw smell goes off.
- Now add 2 cups of water and salt. When water boils add roasted vermicelli and cook for few minutes till water is absorbed.
Tips:
If Roasted Vermicelli is not available, then roast ordinary vermicelli to golden colour in one tbsp of Oil before cooking.
