Oats is considered healthy as it contains cholesterol reducing properties. The usual South Indian dosa is prepared from rice and urad dal. It involves grinding and waiting for fermentation. Instant Oats dosa as the name suggests no need to wait for fermentation and no grinding involved. Mix all the ingredients mentioned below and start preparing Dosa. Rice Flour

1.5 tbsp

Sooji / Rava
|
1.5 tbsp

Onions Chopped

1/2 Cup

cumin seeds

1 tsp

Pepper powder

1 tsp

Curry leaves chopped

Instructions:
- Dry grind oats to powder in a blender.
- Mix all the ingredients along with water and form a batter similar to normal dosa batter. Water can be replaced with butter milk
- Heat dosa tava in medium flame . Sprinkle water and check whether the dosa tava is hot. Take 1/3 cup of dosa batter and spread evenly starting from centre.
- Pour oil on dosa circumference.when the colour of dosa changes golden in some areas, turn on other side and cook for a min.
- This dosa will be soft. Enjoy this dosa with Coconut Chutney or Sambar
