Tomato Sevai / Thakkali Sevai / Tomato Idiyappam / Thakkali santhakai
Tips:
- Adding peanuts is optional. To get rich flavour, add roasted cashews or peanuts.
- Tomato paste can be replaced by blanched and grind ed tomato. I prefer using tomato paste, as it gives nice colour and blend with sevai.
- Adjust chillies to your taste.
I have never used this recipe Nitya.
