Instructions:
The above tomato salsa is mild and is prepared as a part of burrito bowl.
Variation can be done by adding vinegar, fresh basil
For more spicy hot salsa, add Mexican chilly .

Vegetarian Burrito Bowl
- Heat Oil in a wide pan. Once the oil is hot, add Jalapeno, garlic and onions. Fry till onions turn translucent. Add tomato and fry till they turn mushy.
- Add tomato paste and coriander leaves. Fry it in low flame for 2 mins till tomato paste is cooked. I used store bought tomato paste.
- Switch of the stove. Add lemon Juice. Now mild tomato salsa is ready to serve.
The above tomato salsa is mild and is prepared as a part of burrito bowl.
