- Wash and peel outer skin of carrot. Chop it into small pieces.
- Puree carrot, lemon juice and water in a blender. Add ice cubes if needed.
- Chill and serve.
Strain the juice using hand strainer, if needed.
If you are planning to serve it to kids, add 1 tbsp of sugar.
Lemon juice can be replaced with orange juice
