Carrot Lemon Juice

Carrot Lemon Juice

Carrots are packed with essential nutrients. I  love this orange coloured vegetable which is rich in beta carotene. My mom keeps on stressing me and my brother to eat carrots in order to avoid eye related problems.  Check below for instructions for preparing Carrot Lemon Juice.

Preparation Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 0 mins 
Ready In: 5 mins 
Yields: 1 Serving

Carrot chopped   
1/2 Cup
1/2 Cup 
Lemon Juice
1 tsp

  • Wash and peel outer skin of carrot. Chop it into small pieces. 
  • Puree carrot, lemon juice and water in a blender. Add ice cubes if needed.

  • Chill and serve.
Strain the juice using hand strainer,  if needed.
If you are planning to serve it to kids, add 1 tbsp of sugar.
Lemon juice can be replaced with orange juice
