Instructions:
- Grind all the ingredients( Mint Leaves, coriander leaves, yogurt and green chilly) mentioned in table 1 to a smooth paste.
- Whisk yogurt in a bowl. Add salt and cumin powder. Add grind-ed mixture and mix well. chill and serve with biryani.
Tips:
- Some people prefer less mint taste in raita. Add the grind-ed mixture little by little to the yogurt and check the taste.
- Variation can be done by adding 1/2 tsp of chaat masala
- Adjust green chilly to your taste.
- Don't add stalks of mint. Add only mint leaves.
