Nimbu Pani - Lemonade

Lemonade


Lemon is rich in Vitamin B, Vitamin c, phosphorous, calcium and magnesium. Lemon is generally used for treating indigestion, heartburn and nausea. It is a natural antibiotic. Nimbu Paani is a simple and yummy thirst quencher. It can be prepared very easily and provides instant energy. My mom prepares this lemon juice very frequently during summer season. Yields: 2 Servings


Lemonade

Ingredients:
Lemon   
1
Chill Water
2 Cups 
Sugar
2 tsps
Salt
1/4 tsp

Instructions:
  • Wash lemon and cut into two halves. Squeeze the lemon juice. Discard the seeds.
  • Add sugar and salt to chill water. Once the sugar is dissolved, add  extracted lemon juice.  Add ice cubes if needed.
Lemonade

Tips:
Adjust sugar to your taste.
