Milagai Bajji is a South Indian snacks prepared from long green chillies. As a kid, I have seen this Milagai Bajji stalls in exhibitions. My mom usually won't allow us to buy these deep fried items outside. She used to prepare this bajji in home. The preparation is very simple. It was raining last week, so I prepared this bajji with my evening tea. Settled with this bajji ,tea and my favourite novel near balcony window. Happily enjoyed it.
