Avocado is native of mexico. Avocado is rich in proteins, fibres, vitamins and carotenoids. It boosts levels of good cholesterol, good for heart and also provide Anti-inflammatory benefits. I started liking towards Avocado after tasting Guacamole. My hubby is a big fan of Avocado. Avocado dip is an instant, quick , fat free dip for salads. Ingredients:
Medium size Avocado

Shallots chopped

Lemon Juice

Green chillies de-seed and chopped

Freshly ground pepper

Salt

Instructions:
- Wash Avocado, cut into two halves and remove the seed.Scoop out the fruit using spoon. If the fruit is firm, then using knife remove the fleshy part from skin.
- Grind Avocado, lemon juice ,green chillies, shallots, pepper and salt by adding enough water into a smooth paste in a blender.
Tips:
Adjust green chillies to your taste.
