- Cut cauliflower into small florets. Soak in boiling water for 5 mins to remove germs.Heat Oil in a pan and add mustard. When mustard splutter, add ginger, garlic and curry leaves. Fry till raw smell goes off.
- Add onions.Fry till onions turn translucent. Add cauliflower and fry for 2 mins. Cauliflower will leave enough water to get cooked.
- Add turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt . Once all the water is absorbed, check whether cauliflower is cooked, If else fry for 2-3 mins in medium flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Tips:
Ginger and garlic can be replaced by ginger garlic paste
