Instructions:
- Grind green chillies, mint leaves and ginger by adding little water into a smooth paste in a blender.
- Heat Oil in a pan. Add mustard, urad dal and channa dal. Fry till channa dal turns golden colour. Add onions and fry till turn translucent.
- Add grind-ed mixture and allow it to cook for 5 mins in medium flame till raw smell goes off. Switch of the stove and add rice and salt.Mix well
pudina nice is my al time favourite and this looks super delicious and tempting me dear :)

ReplyDeleteI have to agree 100% on the fragrances of mint. One of my fav herbs and I practically add into most of my dishes. Its a great recipe - rice and mint are so good together.
