|Green Beans||2 Cups|
|Chana Dal||1 tsp|
|Urad dal||1 tsp|
|Green chilly slit open||1|
|Coriander Leaves||For Garnishing|
|Shredded coconut||1 tbsp|
- Wash and cut beans into small pieces. Heat Oil in a pan. Add mustard and allow it to splutter. Add chana dal, urad dal and fry till chana dal turns golden colour. Add curry leaves, green chilly, red chillies.
- Add onions and fry till they turn translucent.Add green beans and fry for a min.
- Add salt and cup of water. Close the pan with a lid and cook till all the water is absorbed. If beans is not cooked, sprinkle some water and cook for some time.
- Switch off the stove. Garnish with coriander leaves and shredded coconut.
