Cabbage is rich in Vitamin C and fibers. It is low in calories. Green Peas has anti inflammatory and anti oxidant properties. Green Peas helps in regulating blood sugar.This vegetable dry curry can be prepared within 20 mins. This cabbage and green peas curry can be served as a side dish to Chapati, roti or rice. Yields: 2 Servings
Cabbage and Green Peas Curry

Ingredients:
Cabbage chopped1.5 Cups
Green Peas Cooked1/2 Cup
Oil2 tsp
Mustard1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds1 tsp
Onions chopped1/2 Cup
Green chilly finely chopped 2
Ginger finely chopped1 tsp
SaltAs needed
Coriander LeavesFor Garnishing

Instructions:

  • Heat Oil in a pan. Add mustard and allow it to splutter. Add cumin seeds and fry for a min. Add finely chopped onions, green chilly and ginger. Fry till onions turn translucent.

  • Add chopped cabbage and green peas. Fry till cabbage is cooked. Add salt and garnish with coriander leaves.

Tips:
Adjust green chillies to your taste.
Green chillies and ginger can be ground using mixie or mortar and pestle instead of finely chopping.
