|All Purpose flour | Maida||1 Cup|
|Baking powder||2 tsp|
|Unsalted butter||2 tbsp|
|Cooking Oil||1 tbsp|
|Oil for cooking||2 tbsp|
- In a small bowl whisk all the ingredients(All purpose flour, Sugar, Baking powder and Salt) from table 1. In another bowl whisk the ingredients(Milk, Unsalted butter, Egg, Cooking oil) from table 2.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk it. Small lumps are fine.
- Heat dosa tawa or griddle. Apply some oil (from table 3) and spoon 1/4 Cup batter onto griddle . Use the back of the spoon to spread batter into a round shape. Cook until some bubbles appear on the surface of pancakes. Flip carefully and cook for 1 or 2 mins. Continue with remaining batter.
