Maa laddoo or Maladdu is prepared with only 3 ingredients -  Roasted gram, sugar and ghee. It is an easy and quick healthy sweet. It can be prepared within 10 mins. This is one of my toddler's recent favorite. This makes an excellent school snacks too. Roasted bengal gram is rich in fiber. It is known as pottukadalai in tamil, putnala pappu in telugu.
