Medium Size Banana : 1
Ripe Avocado : 1
Vanilla Extract : 1 tsp
Milk : 1/2 Cup
Granulated Sugar : 1/2 Cup
Cut banana into large chunks. Cut Avocado into two halves and remove the seed. Scoop out the fruit using spoon. Blend banana, avocado, vanilla extract milk and granulated sugar in a blender until smooth. If needed add some ice cubes. Transfer to freezer safe container. Store in freezer for at least 6 hrs. Scoop and Serve
This ice cream stays good for about a week.
Thaw at room temperature for 2 to 3 mins before scooping.

Avocado Banana Icecream
Summer Holidays are about to start in my place. One of my friend was suggesting to mix avocado and banana to feed my toddler. Both Avocado and Banana are rich in nutrients and is essential to add it to his diet.Sometimes I prepare the milkshake and it is my kid's favorite. I was looking for easy home-made ice cream. I saw this easy Avocado Banana ice cream in this website and tried it in home. It came out good. No ice-cream maker is needed for this recipe.
