Summer Holidays are about to start in my place. One of my friend was suggesting to mix avocado and banana to feed my toddler. Both Avocado and Banana are rich in nutrients and is essential to add it to his diet.Sometimes I prepare the milkshake and it is my kid's favorite. I was looking for easy home-made ice cream.  I saw this easy Avocado Banana ice cream in this website and tried it in home. It came out good. No ice-cream maker is needed for this recipe.

Potassium in Banana protects cardiovascular system, guards against high blood pressure and stroke. Consumption of banana helps in digestion. My kid loves banana and it will be always in our grocery shopping list.  My little one won't eat banana, if the banana skin has black marks(too ripe). Strawberries are good for bones. They are excellent source of manganese. Both banana and strawberry are my kid's favourite. Brown sugar is usually used for preparing banana strawberry muffin.
