- Heat oil in the pan and add mustard,chana dal, urad dal and fry it till the dal turns golden brown color.
- Add curry leaves, green chillies and red chillies. Fry for a min.Add shredded coconut and fry for 2 mins in medium flame.
- Switch of the stove, add roasted peanuts and coriander leaves. Add rice and salt.
