Ingredients:
Pori/Puffed Rice

3 cups

Garlic cloves chopped lengthwise

Roasted Peanuts

1/2 cup

Pottu Kadalai

1/4 cup

Mustard
|
1/8 tsp

Cumin seeds
|
1 tsp

Turmeric powder

1/4 tsp

Chilli powder

Curry leaves

Instructions:
- Heat Oil in the pan and add mustard, cumin seeds, curry leaves and garlic.
- When garlic is cooked, add roasted peanuts, pottukadalai,salt and chilli powder.Fry for 2 mins in low flame
- Add Puffed Rice / Pori and fry for a min.
- My mom usually don't add salt, as we get salted puffed rice in Tamil Nadu.Taste the Puffed Rice and decide on adding salt accordingly.
- Allow the masala pori to cool, store in air tight container. It will last for a week .
- Adjust chilli powder to your taste.
