Kara Pori | Masala Pori

Yields :                         4.5 Cups.



Ingredients:
Pori/Puffed Rice
3 cups
Onion (finely chopped)
1/2 cup
Roasted Peanuts
1/2 cup
Pottu Kadalai
1/4 cup
Carrot
1/4 cup
Coriander leaves chopped 
2 stalks
Salt
Chillipowder
1/2 tsp
Coconut Oil
2 tbsp



Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients.
Tips:

  • Variations can be done by adding aval mixture and boondhi mixture.
  • Finely chopped tomato, cucumber and lemon juice can be added. But the crunchy taste will lost if you are adding tomato and cucumber.
  • Adjust chilli powder to your taste.
