Ingredients:
Cauliflower Florets

1/4 Cup

Onions Chopped

1/4 Cup

Ginger and Garlic Finely chopped

1.5 tbsp

Tomato paste

1/4 Cup

Green Chilly

Cumin seeds

1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder

Coriander powder

Chilli powder

- Add ginger, garlic and green chilly. Fry till raw smell goes off.
- Add chopped onion and fry till onion turn translucent.
- Add cauliflower florets and corn kernels. Fry it for 3 -5 minutes.
- Add tomato paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder and chilli powder. Mix well
- Add 1 cup of water and cook till the gravy thickens.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
Tips:
Tomato paste can be replaced by adding fresh tomatoes. Blanch the tomatoes and grind it in a blender.
