The best thing about this dosa is no need to wait for fermentation. We can cook dosa immediately after grinding batter. My Kid always remembers the food by its colour. He calls it as Orange Dosa. Ingredients:
Idli Rice

1 cup

Ripe Tomatoes chopped
|
1 Cup
|
Ginger chopped
|
1.5 tbsp
|
Curry Leaves
|
3- 4
|
Red Chillies
|
3
|
Cumin Seeds
|
1 tsp
|
Coriander Leaves
|
2 stalk
|
Salt
| |
Oil For Cooking Dosa
|
15 tsp
|
- Wash and soak Idli Rice for 1 hour or as per instructions given in rice bag.
- Grind Idli Rice, Tomatoes, Ginger, Curry leaves, Red Chillies, cumin seeds, coriander leaves in a mixie or grinder or blender by adding enough water.
- Add required Salt to this batter.
- Heat dosa tava in medium flame. When dosa tava is hot, take half cup of dosa batter and spread evenly starting from centre. Pour 1 tbsp of Oil on dosa circumference.Close the lid. Cook it for 2 -3 mins .
