Strawberry Milkshake




Strawberries are rich in vitamin C, Manganese and fibres. They are fat free and good for bones. Strawberries are one of the fruits I buy regularly. I prepare lot of strawberry recipes. It is my kid's favourite fruit. He loves strawberries in muffins, cake, milkshake or smoothie. Check below for the steps for preparing easy and healthy Strawberry Milkshake.

Yields: 1 Serving


Ingredients:
Strawberry          
3
Sugar
2 tsp
Cold Milk
1 Cup



Instructions:
  • Chop strawberry into small pieces.
  • Blend strawberry,milk and sugar into a smooth paste in a blender.

  • Add ice cubes if needed.
  • Adjust sugar to your taste.
