Ingredients:

Shallots / Onions Chopped

Coriander Powder

Chilli Powder

1 tsp

Moong Dhal
|
1/4 Cup
|

Coriander Leaves

1 stalk

Instructions:
- Wash Moong dhal. Pressure cook moong dhal and chopped tomato for 4 or 5 whistles.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil and add mustard seeds and Cumin seeds.
- When they splutter, add curry leaves, chopped onion,red chilly and garlic. Fry till onions turn translucent.
- Add 1/4 cup of water,cooked moong dal, salt, coriander leaves, turmeric powder,chilli powder and coriander powder.Fry it for 2-3 mins in medium flame.
