Ingredients:
All purpose flour / Maida

Baking powder

1 tsp

Salt

1/2 tsp

Unsalted butter

113 gms

Vanilla Essence
|
1/2 tsp

Brown sugar

1 cup

Milk
|
1/4 cup

Banana
|

Chopped Walnuts
|
1/2 Cup

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease the bread pan with butter and add one tbsp of All purpose flour and tap it gently on all 4 sides of the pan.
- Peel the banana skin and mash banana using spoon.
- Bring the unsalted butter to room temperature.
- Add brown sugar and vanilla essence to butter. Whisk it till sugar blends with butter.
- Add milk, all purpose flour, baking powder, salt to it. Mix well. Add mashed banana to it.
- Lastly add chopped walnuts and transfer it to bread pan. Bake in preheated oven for 65 mins or until a tooth pick inserted into the centre of bread comes out clean. Remove from oven and allow it to cool completely in cooling rack.Slice and serve.
Tips:
Don't over mix the ingredients
Add exact quantities of ingredients.
